Enchiladas Suizas-Three soft corn tortillas filled with your choice of ground beef/chicken, covered in a mild suiza sauce and topped with melted Chihuahua cheese

Enchiladas Camarones (mild)-Three soft corn tortillas filled with shrimp and covered with mild marinara tomato based sauce, topped with melted Chihuahua cheese.

Enchiladeras- One cheese enchilada de mole poblano, one chicken enchilada suiza and one ground beef, chicken, or cheese served over ranchero sauce.

Quesadillas- Three soft tortillas with Chihuahua cheese, or chorizo, chicken, beef, or mushroom and onion filling.

Chiles Rellenos- Two breaded poblano peppers stuffed with your choice of ground beef, chicken, or cheese, served over ranchero sauce.

Flautas- Three large corn tortillas filled with your choice of ground beef/chicken, then deep-fried and topped with guacamole and sour cream.

Chimichangas- Three large tortillas wrapped with your choice of ground beef, chicken, chorizo, or cheese, then deep-fried and topped with guacamole and sour cream.

El Puerto Combination- One ground beef taco, one chicken enchilada suiza and one ground beef tostada.

La Barca Combination- One ground beef burrito suizo, one chicken flauta, and one large nacho.

Vegetarian Combination- One cheese chile relleno, one bean taco, and one quesadilla.

Arroz con Pollo al Limon Suizo- Chunks of chicken breast cooked with steamed yellow rice &simmered with spices, lime &onions.  Topped with melted Chihuahua cheese.

Pechuga de Pollo al Ajo- Broiled chicken breast seasoned with our chef’s special non-cholesterol sauce with a touch of garlic.

Pollo de Puebla- Created by our chef, broiled chicken breast topped with special mole sauce.
