Carnes (Steaks):      (Please allow 35 minutes cooking time for fillets.)

 

 Bistec ALa Mexicana- Tender chunks of steak (90% lean) seasoned with our special sauce, onions, poblano peppers and tomatoes. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

 Milaneza De Res-Delicious lightly breaded steak served with french fries and Mexican rice.

Bistec Ranchero Suizo -U.S. choice tender skirt steak (90% lean) marinated and broiled to your taste, topped with melted Chihuahua cheese and ranchero sauce, served with Mexican rice and beans.

 Carne Asada -U.S. choice tender skirt steak (90% lean), marinated and broiled to your taste.   Served with Mexican rice and beans.

Carne ALa Tampiqueña-U.S. choice tender skirt steak (90% lean), marinated and broiled to perfection, served with a chicken Enchilada suiza,  sour cream & guacamole, Mexican rice and beans.

 Pork Ranchero Suizo -Tender chunks of Pork, seasoned with our Special Sauce, onions, poblano peppers and tomatoes. Topped with melted Chihuahua cheese. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

 Mariscos (Seafood):

Filete de Huachinango al Mojo de Ajo-Red snapper fillet with garlic, and herbs served with Mexican rice and salad.

 Camarones Rancheros Suizos -Twelve plump shrimp simmered in a tomato sauce with onions, garlic, poblano peppers and spices, topped with melted cheese.

 Camarones Al Ajillo-Twelve plump shrimp cooked in our special garlic sauce served with rice and salad.
